Our compression molding can produce:

•Rods as Large as 8" in Diameter and 6" Long,

Up to 12" in length for smaller diameters.

•Tubes up to 12" long in diameters ranging

from 7/8" I.D. to 45: O.D.

•Sheets up to 13" X 13" and 3" thick

We are one of only a few national producers who manufacture custom compression molded polymers. In addition, we pioneered several new versions of ultra high performance fluoropolymers based on materials such as PTFE and we continue to refine the state of the art in custom polymers. Relative to standard PTFE materials, our products can offer the qualities of:

• Enhanced Tensile Strength

• Enhanced Hardness

• Enhanced Toughness

• Enhanced Coefficient of Friction

• Enhanced Dielectric Properties

We also offer a line of hybrid materials that provide additional qualities not found in standard fluoropolymers.
