Thermech routinely takes the components that it has compression molded and machined and integrates them with customer-supplied parts into larger assemblies.

We specialize in assembling polymer and polymer/nonpolymer components.  Most of our bonding projects involve adhesive or film bonding of fluoropolymers (such as Teflon), which because of their non-stick properties typically defy most bonding techniques.  We particularly excel at bonding non-stick materials to metals.
